Ancient Greek Politics

     Ancient Greek Politics

In the Greek history, Athens is the most democratic area and due to which they have some rules and regulations for electing a person through the democratic process.  If we want to know the political history of Greece then we can start from the Aristotle, a western thinker, who was also the tutor of Alexander the Great, ruled over Greece from 843-322BC.

He ruled Over Greece with great dignity and honor and gave a new trend to the ancient Greek politics. His main aim or you can say his motto is to promote the explanation of physical and as well as organic phenomena. Then it comes the Plato who lived from 427-347BC, he was the great philosopher of that time. He was a great writer of ancient Greek politics and a number of his writings are still read by the people even now-a-days. He gave a new ideology to the world that deeper meanings of all the things could be explained only by thoughts, not by the means of senses. These great philosophers do a penalty of work in the field of politics and all of them gave new ideologies to the world. After these two, there comes the name of Socrates who lived from 469-399BC. As their no writings of his left now so he was known by the name of his pupils who are Plato and Xenophon.

He has many enemies in the world as he gave many theories against the superstition so due to that reason he has much opposition in this world in his life as well as after his death too. The ancient Greek politics is based on all these philosopher’s theories. These people gave new ideologies to the world and now all the great countries are working on the basis of their ideologies.
